📝 بحران صندوق‌های بازنشستگی به اوج خود رسید

در سال‌های اخیر صندوق‌های بازنشستگی به یکی از بحران‌ها اقتصاد ایران تبدیل شده است. به طوریکه این صندوق‌ها توان پرداخت تعهدات مالی خود به بازنشستگان را نداشته و برای تامین تعهداتش از دولت کمک می‌گیرد. دولت نیز در سال‌های مختلف سعی کرده بخشی از بودجه عمومی خود را صرف پرداخت تعهدات صندوق‌های بازنشستگی کند.

آمارها بخش دوم لایحه بودجه کل کشور نشان می‌دهد سهم صندوق‌های بازنشستگی از بودجه عمومی کل کشور در سال ۱۴۰۴ به بیشترین سطح از سال ۹۶ رسیده است. در سال ۹۶، کمک دولت به این صندوق‌ها حدود ۱۱.۵ درصد بودجه عمومی کشور بوده که به مرور این رقم افزایش پیدا کرده است. به طوریکه سهم اعتبارات دولتی اختصاص یافته به این صندوق‌ها نسبت به بودجه عمومی کل کشور از ۱۷ درصد عبور کرده است.

رقم این کمک به صندوق‌های بازنشستگی در بودجه سال جاری معادل ۴۵۳ هزار میلیارد تومان برآورد شده بود که در بودجه سال آینده افزایش پیدا کرد و به ۷۷۷ هزار میلیارد تومان رسید.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
