Но наши граждане почему-то многие годы считали нормальным то, что они сами за счет своих средств-взносов обеспечивают медицинскую помощь для разных мигрантов. Точнее они просто об этом не задумывались. Потому что им бюджет и прочие public funds пофиг по большей части.
Так что, с одной стороны это удивительно, а с другой, - я ни разу не удивлён.
