Отсутствие успехов на поле боя, сокращение людских ресурсов и ограниченные производственные возможности для производства боеприпасов на территории т.н. Украины стали причиной того, что кураторы украинских властей сделали ставку на удары БЛА.
Однако, несмотря на некритичный на сегодня ущерб, ошибкой будет отмахнуться от ударов украинских беспилотников по объектам российской нефтепереработки.
Эти атаки продолжаются и будут только интенсифицироваться, провоцируя рост цен на топливо. Что ожидаемо приведет к росту цен на все товары, дестабилизации экономики и нарастанию общественного недовольства, на что очень рассчитывают на Западе.
Такие перспективы уже сейчас (вернее, еще вчера) требуют изменения подхода к защите объектов, а также к выбору и систематической работе по целям на территории т.н. Украины.

DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
