The recruiter wants to understand your goals.

4. Why have you changed so many jobs over a certain period of time?
The employer wants to know how you have developed professionally and what motivation is more important to you.

5. How did you optimize your project?
This question provides an opportunity to show your experience.

6. Who was your worst boss?
The recruiter is trying to find out if you keep the negativity in yourself and if you are ready to discuss the shortcomings of the company.

7. Do you enjoy competing?
The employer wants to understand your ambition, as well as your leadership skills.

8. Have you ever had to ask for help from colleagues?
This will show that you are a team player.

9. What do you do best?
The recruiter checks your self-esteem.

10. Show your Instagram page.
The employer wants to know if you are active on social media, what your interests are, and how you present yourself in public.
