Фіксація фотокореспондентами нападу стала основним доказом його провини в суді. 14 серпня 2020 (!) Тітушка було заарештовано й поміщено під домашній арешт в очікуванні рішення суду. Цікаво, що сам "прототип тітушок" заявляв про підтримку Євромайдану та, зі слів Віталія Портникова, охороняв у Білій Церкві на блок-посту дорогу на Київ від тітушок, що звозились. До сьогоднішього часу Вадим Тітушко встиг побувати в розшуку, на домашньому арешті та навіть на посаді віцепрезидента Української федерації MMA у Київській області (щоправда, зовсім недовго).

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge.
