Зампред правительства региона, руководитель администрации главы и правительства Бурятии Алдар Гулгенов отметил, что чиновникам неправильно проводить такие мероприятия, когда «страна проводит специальную военную операцию».
При этом Гулгенов подчеркнул, что рекомендация не касается предновогодних мероприятий для детей в школах, садах, а также в общественных местах. Например, на площадях.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys.
