Молодой человек по имени Роман позиционировал себя скинхедом и находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения в пос. Мясново г. Тулы накинулся с ножом на гостей города, выкрикивая националистические лозунги. При задержании у молодого человека на обеих руках красовались 2 фашистские свастики, нарисованные подручными средствами. Видимо денег на татуировку не нашлось. Ведется следствие по ч.2 ст. 119 УК РФ.
