Именно так он поступил с генсеком «Единой России» Турчаком, перед визитом которого неожиданно попал в горбольницу и активно распространял информацию через окружение об осложнениях после первого хирургического вмешательства.
На первый приезд Турчака в Севастополь Овсянников ответил посиделками в московском кабинете главы «Справедливой России» Миронова, во второй раз посоветовал старшему единороссу и его лакею Саблину не споткнуться, а на третий - сереьезно заболел.
Эти нездоровые отношения привели к скорейшему исцелению Овсянникова.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
