Эта инициатива РАНХиГС никак не связана с переделом влияния. Крымские санатории уже давно передаются федералам и регионам-побратимам, иногда таким же глубоко дотационным республикам. Просто потому, что их некому содержать. И это не тот актив, за который бьется Аксенов и который рад все сам отдать Ротенбергам, как уже сделано с санаторием «Жемчужина» рядом с Ласточкиным гнездом.
И про готовую инфраструктуру в санаториях для близкого к власти бизнесу вообще смешно. Вы бы приехали, посмотрели, как тут все запущено.
