В Москве найдена самая маленькая студия. Небольшую каморку без окон площадью около трех «квадратов» сдают за 25 тысяч рублей в элитном ЖК в районе Береговой, пишет телеграм-канал «Осторожно, Москва».

Собственник называет помещение «миниапартаментом с oгрaниченными удобcтвами», сделанном в концепции капсульного отеля. Точный размер «студии» - 1,7 x 1,7 метpа.

Жильцу предлагается спальное место, полки для хранения вещей, кондиционер, зеркало, чайник, свой вход «как в отдельную квартиру». Мыться можно в любом ближайшем фитнес-зале, а туалетом и раковиной пользоваться гостевыми на 1 этаже ЖК.
