Строительный адрес объекта - Барклая вл 6/32. Почтовый адрес после ввода в эксплуатацию будет "Промышленный 4", что изрядно расстраивает будущих новосёлов - неблагозвучно, неэкологично и т. д.
Но)) По предложениям НИиПИ Генплана Промышленный проезд в перспективе вероятно будет переименован.
Так что адрес новостройки через какое-то время вероятно изменится на... Литейный 4🫡
