В буклете, посвященном торговлей рыбой и морепродуктами между Россией и Китаем, аналитики отметили снижение экспорта мороженых северных креветок в Поднебесную на 22% в натуральном выражении (до 4 тыс. тонн) в 2024 году по сравнению с уровнем 2023-го.
«Рост популярности креветок у российских потребителей отразился на снижении экспорта этого морепродукта, несмотря на почти 15% — до 27 тыс. тонн — увеличение его вылова», — говорится в буклете.
Также аналитики указали на рост импорта варено-мороженых креветок ваннамей из Китая в Россию на 193% (до 1,2 тыс. тонн). Увеличение поставок также объясняется высоким спросом на российском рынке.
