Локацию строит Туристско-информационный центр Приморского края. Уже готовится основание для катка, идет монтаж теплых павильонов и мостов. К концу недели планируется установить величественную 20-метровую ель и горку.

В городке установят новогодние фотозоны со световыми фигурами. Кроме того, в городке будет организована фуд-деревня. Там посетители смогут попробовать праздничные угощения и напитки.
