Документ был выдан после завершения проверки Ростехнадзора и Госэкспертизы. При этом один из ключевых объектов 2-й очереди строительства судоверфи был официально введен в эксплуатацию на 3 года раньше, чем было предусмотрено планом.
Теперь верфь, которая создается консорциумом инвесторов во главе с «Роснефтью», обладает самым большим сухим доком в России. Он позволяет строить все типы существующих и перспективных судов без ограничения спускового веса корпусов.
