Так, в связи с отказом молдавской стороны урегулировать задолженность за поставки газа, Газпром 28 декабря направил в Молдовагаз уведомление о том, что молдавская сторона регулярно не исполняет свои платежные обязательства по действующему контракту, что является существенным нарушением его условий.
Газпром оставляет за собой все свои права, включая право на одностороннее расторжение контракта и право требовать с Молдовагаза возмещения всех убытков и уплаты штрафов за неисполнение и/или ненадлежащее исполнение молдавской компанией своих обязательств по контракту, сказано в сообщении
