کلوبیج در زبان گیلکی تابه ای است که در آن ماهی کولی(نوعی ماهی) را سرخ (بیج)میکردند . و در گذشته وقتی به دیدار هم میرفتند بجای شیرینی های بازاری این کلوبیج نان را درست میکردند .
مواد لازم : یک لیوان آرد برنج و یک لیوان آرد گندم سه چهارم لیوان ماست نصف لیوان شکر نصف لیوان روغن دو عدد تخم مرغ نک قاشق چایی خوری وانیل یک قاشق چایی خوری بیکینگ پودر یک قاشق چایی خوری پودر هل کمی زردچوبه یک قاشق گلاب به دلخواه میتوانید داخلش کشمش یا گردو بریزید به اندازه یک سانت داخل تابه پهن کنید مواد رو و بعد از پخت دو تا سه سانت پف میکند.
