‼️⚡️В дополнение к ранее опубликованной информации сообщаем, что в Ботлихском районе на участке км 95 - км 110 автомобильной дороги республиканского значения "Грозный - Ботлих - Хунзах - Араканская площадка" (Перевал Харами) обеспечен проезд автотранспорта по временной схеме.

🚜 Работы по расчистке дороги до полной ширины проезжей части продолжаются.

✅ По состоянию на 14:00, 2 марта 2025 года, в административных границах района закрытых дорог подведомственных ГКУ "Дагестанавтодор" нет.
Ботлихским филиалом эксплуатационной организации АО "РСУ" ведутся ежедневные регламентные работы по содержанию автомобильных дорог.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
