Вероятно, это связано с истечением срока действия сертификатов безопасности чипов в картах о чем в декабре предупреждал Т-Банк. Сейчас для валидаторов готовят обновление ПО, которое должно решить эту проблему, оно заработает до конца января.
Отметим, что проблемы имеются только у карт Visa и MasterCard, которые больше не выпускаются в России с 2022 года. Карты "Мир" работают и дальше без проблем.
