🇷🇺 Арбитражный суд Москвы принял к производству иск Министерства обороны РФ к "Военторгу", главой которого является обвиняемый в хищении 400 млн рублей при выполнении госконтрактов для нужд армии Владимир Павлов.
"Исковое заявление ведомства о взыскании 111 тыс. 436 рублей с АО "Военторг" к производству судом принято", - говорится в документе.
Заявление поступило в суд в конце 2024 года. Ранее сообщалось, что глава "Военторга" обвиняется в хищении 400 млн рублей при выполнении госконтрактов для нужд Минобороны. Арестованные 30 августа гендиректор "Сандоры" Дмитрий Комлев и другой фигурант Сергей Тетруашвили также проходят по данному уголовному делу. Суд первой инстанции в конце прошлого года продлил арестованным Павлову, Исакову, Комлеву и Тетруашвили срок содержания в СИЗО до 30 марта 2025 года.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
