Новый руководитель творческого коллектива окончил ЧГУ имени И. Н. Ульянова по специальности «Филология», прошел повышение квалификации в Кемеровском институте культуры по программе «Менеджмент и маркетинг в культуре».
Имеет опыт работы в сфере культуры более 15 лет, в том числе в подведомственных учреждениях Минкультуры Чувашии.
В Чувашском ансамбле песни и танца работал с 2021 года в должности менеджера по концертной деятельности.
