Молодежное пространство открыли благодаря победе Воронежской области во Всероссийском конкурсе программ комплексного развития молодежной политики Российской Федерации «Регион для молодых». Конкурс проводится в рамках национального проекта «Образование».
Молодежный центр в Воронеже стал пятым открытым за текущий год в регионе. Ранее молодежные пространства появились в Россошанском, Бобровском, Рамонском районах, а также в Нововоронеже.
В следующем году, современные центры появятся в Верхнехавском и Новоусманском районах.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
