Разрешающие строить на остатках природы Москвы всё, что посчитали нужным строить и предусмотрели законодательно (ЗГМ N27) эффективные менеджеры от глобализма, продолжающие стягивать всё население страны в один мегаполис.
С целью "улучшения связности города" в расход идёт здоровье и благоприятная окружающая среда живущих в нём граждан. Нет у них этого в приоритетах. Как нет элементарного понимания важности значения этих понятий для создания города, пригодного для проживания.
