Кадры, попавшие в объектив очевидцев, относятся к 5-6 сентября текущего года. Несмотря на возмущение жителей Усолья-Сибирского, до настоящего времени контролирующие и правоохранительные органы не проявляли большого интереса к происходящему на площадке ликвидации накопленного вреда. ФГУП ФЭО, как обычно, об инциденте самостоятельно никого не проинформировало.
