Рязанской области выделили 266 миллионов рублей на обновление общественного транспорта. Такое решение принято комиссией Федерального Собрания РФ по перераспределению бюджетных ассигнований.
Депутат областной думы Андрей Макаров сообщил, что сумма составила 97% от необходимой, остальное регион вложит сам. Так, планируется, что на эти средства приобретут 10 троллейбусов. Экологичный транспорт не лишний в Рязанской области, где экология определенно сбила себе карму.
За счет своевременной подачи регионом заявки на участие в профильной федеральной программе, получится обновить подвижной состав общественного транспорта. И на том спасибо областным властям.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
