Глава региона приехал в сопровождении многочисленных соратников. Старейшины рода Таймасхановых поблагодарили Рамзана Кадырова за внимание и заботу, которые он, несмотря на свою занятость, всегда проявлял к Паже Таймасхановой, регулярно навещал ее.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
