В оставлении части в период мобилизации на различные сроки (ст.337 УК РФ) за последний месяц обвинили ещё пятерых военных: Антона Ефимова, Дмитрия Шафикова, Валерия Григорьева, Германа Гейлера и Алексея Фомченкова.
Кроме того, военнослужащего Максима Тарасова обвинили в нарушении правил уставных взаимоотношений, повлекших за собой тяжкие последствия (ч.3 ст.335 УК РФ). Ему грозит до 10 лет лишения свободы
