Як голова Громадської антикорупційної ради при МОУ, наполегливо і поки що по-доброму прошу засоби масової інформації не маніпулювати заявою ГАР МО щодо конфлікту навколо АОЗ.
Також повідомляю, що Марина Безрукова запропонувала ГАР МО зустрітися у найближчі дні. Зустріч членів ГАР МО з представниками Міністерства оборони України відбудеться у понеділок, 27 січня.
Ми, як і всі громадяни України, зацікавлені у стабільних інституціях і абсолютній законності. Але найбільше ми зацікавлені у безперебійних і системних поставках на фронт зброї і боєприпасів. Конфлікт навколо АОЗ загрожує зривами поставок і може мати трагічні наслідки. Ми робимо все для того, аби цього не допустити.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
