Список рассчитывался из вклада региона в создание экономики замкнутого цикла, охвата граждан раздельным сбором отходов, из показателей обработки и утилизации мусора и тому подобное.
В ТОП-13 попали: Астраханская, Калининградская, Курская, Московская, Мурманская, Нижегородская, Пензенская, Саратовская, Сахалинская, Тульская, Тюменская области, ХМАО. Замкнула список ещё одна область - Ярославская. Неплохо автономный округ вписался в компанию.

Всего даннаяэкологическая реформа сейчас ведется в 82 регионах России. Половина из них ещё может успеть подтянуться и выполнить программу к 24 году, остальные планируют завершить программу к 2030 году.
