«انصافاً حوزه‌ها در زمینه تفسیر قرآن کم‌کارند و در طول زمان، خیلی کم‌کاری در این زمینه داشته‌اند. فاصله حوزه با آن کاری که توقّع می‌رود در زمینه علوم اسلام بیان کند، خیلی زیاد است. نتیجه چه می‌شود؟ نتیجه این می‌شود که علمای بزرگ و معروف ما خیلی اوقات با مفاهیم قرآنی آشنایی نداشتند.
وضع حوزه‌ی ما این‌جوری است که وقتی اجازه‌ی اجتهاد می‌گیریم، در طول این سال‌ها، می‌توانیم حتّی یک بار احتیاج پیدا نکنیم به اینکه بلند شویم از روی طاقچه قرآن را برداریم نگاه کنیم! یعنی این درس‌های ما هیچ سروکاری با قرآن ندارد. نه در فقهمان، نه در ادبیّاتمان، نه در تحقیقات اصولی‌مان، احتیاجی به این پیدا نمی‌کنیم که بلند شویم قرآن را برداریم نگاه کنیم ببینیم مثلاً چه آیه‌ای در قرآن درباره‌ی این موضوع می.شود پیدا کرد یا قرآن چه گفته! این عیب حوزه است.»

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
