А через несколько месяцев тот же Шатилов, после встречи с М.А. Георгиевским издал еще один циркуляр, в котором предписывалось всем начальникам местных отделений РОВС помогать создавать новые ячейки «новопоколенцев».
Более того, последние получили от генерала Миллера «грант» в размере 10 тысяч франков на ведение «активной работы» (то есть терроризма и агитации) против СССР.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
