На одной из собак видны следы кровопотеков в области головы и передней лапы и что может произойти, если этим псам вдруг кто то из прохожих не понравится?! А если этим прохожим будет ребенок!!! Власть оградила себя Законами от оскорблений, но как по другому можно относиться к власти, которая не способна решить даже такой глупый вопрос?! - защитить детей от этой дикости! 😡🤯😱
