أخي: سنستقبل شهر رمضان بعد أيام ليعيد للقلوب صفاءها، وللنفوس إشراقها وللضمائر نقاءها، بعدما تكدرت بفتنة الحياة، وزحام الدنيا، وتلوثت بالنزوات العابرة، والشهوات العارمة فجاء رمضان ليبعثها من رقاد ويوقظها من سبات.
أخي الحبيب: إن الله تعالى قد أمتن علينا بشهر عظيم، ووافد كريم، قد أظلنا زمانه، وأدركنا أوانه، وإن بلوغ هذا الشهر أمنية عظيمة ونعمة جليلة، ولذلك كان السلف يدعون الله تعالى أن يبلغهم رمضان"
