В Генеральной прокуратуре запланированы лекционные занятия и экзамены для прокурорских работников в связи с отменой ряда постановлений Парламента РЮО.
Начальники отделов Следственного управления и руководители прокуратур проведут занятия для следователей и помощников прокуроров, сообщает пресс-служба Генпрокуратуры.
Экзамены будут определять соответствие работников занимаемым должностям и оценивать их знания нового Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации.
Накануне состоялись первые лекции, проведенные начальником отдела по расследованию особо важных дел Вильямом Бестаевым.
