Фьючерсы на нефть WTI на январь на электронных торгах Нью-Йоркской товарной биржи снизились в цене к этому времени на $0,43 (0,6%), до $70,81 за баррель.
За неделю международный бенчмарк прибавил 5,8%, североамериканский - 6,4%. В обоих случаях рост стал максимальным с начала октября.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
