Кировский районный суд Уфы оштрафовал нового директора Альфа-банка Моргенштерна на 300 тысяч рублей за использование в блоге песни “Владимир Путин - молодец”.
Нет, иск подали не ФСБ, и даже не Следственный комитет. А некий местный тамада Олег Лихачев - автор этого шедевра.
Так что теперь за несогласованное восхваление Путина - штраф 300 тысяч рублей:))) Кстати, за оскорбление Путина по статье 20.1 КоАПа действует штраф от 40 до 100 тысяч рублей. Ну, вы поняли. @infernal_money

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
