Как пояснил куратор, принявший сложное решение по дополнительному выделению денег, Алексей Кузнецов : «Это сделано для того, чтобы в кратчайший срок выполнить оставшиеся наружные работы, устранить протечки кровли и ввести в эксплуатацию систему отопления».
