Следственными органами СК России по Иркутской области возбуждено уголовное дело по факту нападения стаи собак на 5-летнего ребенка в городе Шелехове по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 1 ст. 238 УК РФ (выполнение работ или оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности), ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).
Установлено, что животные сорвали с ребенка одежду и причинили ему множественные травмы. Мальчику потребовалась помощь медиков.
Главой ведомства дано поручение руководителю СУ СК России по Иркутской области Ситникову А.В. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
Результаты расследования поставлены на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
