Путин добавил, что это могут быть центры принятия решений в Киеве.
И это не офис главы Украины на киевской ул. Банковской? Потому что глава Украины не бывает в этом офисе? И фраза, что МО «подбирает цели» означает, что МО занимается установлением точного местонахождения персон, «принимающих решения»?
