«Работы в доме начнутся в четверг, 22 декабря. В среду, 21 декабря, с утра рабочие будут расчищать крышу и чердак от снега. 22 декабря выйдет новый подрядчик, который выполнит экстренные работы и сделает временную кровлю. Затем Фонд капремонта объявит новый конкурс по выбору подрядной организации с тем, чтобы капремонт крыши был завершен до весны, до таяния снега. Профильным службам дано поручение оказать жителям содействие в ремонте квартир, пострадавших из-за незакрытой кровли», - озвучил Жердев.
