Она издавалась (и, по-моему, допечатывалась потом) в издательстве УРСС, которому я очень признателен за это. С тех пор прошло много времени, мой договор с УРСС расторгнут, права на книгу вернулись ко мне. А саму книгу сейчас не купить практически.
