السؤال: هل هناك دعاء مأثور عن النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عند وقت الإفطار؟ وما هو وقته؟ وهل يتابع الصائم المؤذن في الأذان أم يستمر في فطره؟
الجواب: إن وقت الإفطار موطن إجابة للدعاء، لأنه في آخر العبادة، ولأن الإنسان أشد ما يكون غالباً من ضعف النفس عند إفطاره، وكلما كان الإنسان أضعف نفساً، وأرق قلباً كان أقرب إلى الإنابة والإخبات إلى الله عز وجل، والدعاء المأثور: «اللهم لك صمت، وعلى رزقك أفطرت» ومنه أيضاً قول النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام: «ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الأجر إن شاء الله» . وهذان الحديثان وإن كان فيهما ضعف لكن بعض أهل العلم حسنهما، وعلى كل حال فإذا دعوت بذلك أو بغيره عند الإفطار فإنه موطن إجابة. وأما إجابة المؤذن وأنت تفطر فنعم مشروعة، لأن قوله عليه الصلاة والسلام: «إذا سمعتم المؤذن فقولوا مثلما يقول».

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
