В марте 2019 ООО с уставняком 15 000 было включено в сводный реестр квалифицированных подрядных организаций с правом заключения договора с максимальной начальной ценой договора 500 000 000 руб. Контрактов у Фонда они берут примерно на 100 000 000 в год, отдают на субподряд.
Предполагаем, что по школе тоже будет типичная чуринская матрёшка, где реальный исполнитель появляется лишь на третьей ступеньке, после двух номинальных фирм.
