Губернатор Подмосковья Андрей Воробьев, глава Минпромторга Антон Алиханов и гендиректор «Росатома» Алексей Лихачёв заложили первый камень. Одна из особенностей парка — формат 5 в 1. На 100 гектарах появится инженерная, транспортная и городская инфраструктура, а также интегрированный колледж и гостиницы.
Парк рассчитан на формат «Лайт Индастриал», что позволит запускать производство всего за 3 месяца. Первыми резидентами станут «Росатом», «Протектор» и другие компании. Открытие запланировано на конец 2025 года.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
