И в Дагестан, и к Меликову Шолбан Кара-оола притащил его коллега по рыбалке, фриковый депутат ГД Султан Хамзаев, который хоть и понимает, что никогда его Меликов не оставит преемником, но все же где-то в глубине души верит в чудеса.
Встреча, как и пложено, носила постановочный характер: стороны обменялись заверениями в сотрудничестве. Похвалили друг друга за усилия по поддержке мобилизованных. Как известно, Тува выделила семьям мобилизованных по барану (в отличие от банальных денежных пособий), чем и просвистела практически во всех СМИ и пабликах, породив массу мемов, как то: можно ли обменять мобилизованного на барана (ну, если барана можно на одного мобилизованного)…
Меликов и Шолбан Кара-оол - слишком разные, если бы не объединял их Сергей Кожугетович, одинаково отчаянные усилия держать планку перед Кремлем и, конечно, самое большое количество ушедших на СВО добровольцев из этих двух регионов…
Медитативные точки соприкосновения, безусловно. И не место меж них Хамзаеву.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
