Согласно сообщениям СМИ, несовершеннолетнюю несколько дней удерживали в квартире, ограничивая ее свободу передвижения и доступ к пище.
По данному факту следственными органами СКР по Дагестану возбуждено уголовное дело по статьям 127 УК РФ (незаконное лишения свободы) и 156 УК РФ (неисполнение обязанностей по воспитанию несовершеннолетнего).
И.о. руководителя дагестанского управления ведомства Александр Супрун должен представить доклад о ходе расследования и установленных обстоятельствах.
