Автандил Сабырбеков с братом Тариэлем были задержаны через несколько дней после того, как он сделал помпезное предложение Лазат Нуркожоевой. Их подозревают в незаконном изготовлении наркотиков с целью сбыта.

Позже в администрации президента предположили, что молодой человек, сделав предложение руки и сердца племяннице Жапарова, хотел найти "крышу" для защиты своей противоправной деятельности.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
