* От безделья пролистывая современные когнитивные теории на тему т.н. "рабочей памяти" нашёл нечто интересное. Оказывается (если я правильно понял) человек может вспомнить некое событие только один раз. Далее он уже вспоминает свое первое "вспоминание" об этом событии, потом "вспоминание о воспоминании" и т. д. В эту цепочку можно вмешиваться извне и делать "подмены". Чем эти бляди, кстати, и занимаются постоянно. Так что нет никакого "бинома Манделы" (или, как говорили в моем детстве: "эффекта Ньютона" ...)

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
