На фестивале "Красная строка" в Екатеринбурге отменили выступление либерального литературного критика Галины Юзефович. Год назад её уволили из ВШЭ за резко антироссийскую позицию, после чего русофобка уехала на Кипр. Там Юзефович перестала вуалировать свое презрение к СВО и взялась больше прежнего распространять фейки о ВС РФ, нахваливать ЛГБТ-литературу и даже книги украинских нацистов, при этом называя упырями Захара Прилепина и других наших патриотических писателей. До сих пор это не мешало ей приезжать в Россию и проводить здесь лекции и презентации книг, но теперь отмена дошла и до неё. Думается, что и статус иноагента не за горами.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
