Пока губернатор Мурманской области хвалился тем, что было закуплено 130 новых автобусов и троллейбусов, и парк техники в регионе теперь ждёт радикальное обновление, у одной из маршруток отвалились колеса прямо на ходу.
Транспорт передвигался по Кольскому проспекту в Мурманске, но до конечной станции он сегодня так и не доехал без приключений. Автолюбителям удалось снять, как автобус сначала потерял одно колесо со стороны водителя, а потом и второе.
Такие ситуации вполне нормальны для Заполярья. Вот только после подобных случаев Андрею Чибису не стоит так сильно гордиться своей работой в реализации транспортной реформы.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
