🚒 Российские регионы начинают борьбу с природными пожарами. В Бурятии, Забайкалье и Тюменской области введен особый режим посещения лесов, означающий запрет на посещение лесов (кроме специально oбopyдoвaнныx мecт oтдыxa), a тaкжe зaпpeт нa paзвeдeниe кocтpoв нa зeмляx вcex кaтeгopий.

Власти ряда регионов призывают граждан за вознаграждение сообщать о поджигателях. Так, в Забайкальском крае за сообщение о поджигателях граждане получат 40 тыс. руб., участвовавшие в задержании поджигателей — 50 тыс. руб.

Губернатор Тюменской области Александр Моор пообещал также выплатить 40 тыс. руб. за данные о лесных поджигателях и 50 тыс. руб. за помощь в их задержании.

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
